Your user ID depends on your AWC email account:

If you have the new AWC email account your user name will be: first.lastname

If you have the original AWC email account your user name will be the letter/number combo at the beginning of your email. For example: abc123
Your password will be the same password you use to access your Canvas or AWC email.
